The following agreement is made between the student registering for the program and the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy.

After acceptance into the program, the student will receive a confirmation letter indicating the exact starting and ending times as well as pertinent information about the location of the course.

Registration is limited to massage therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, nurses, PAs, NPs, SLPs and MDs. Each must provide proof of current, active state licensure.

A total of 48 hours of classroom instruction is provided in the Cosmetic Surgery Therapy Certification Course. Class hours are 8:00am–5:00pm.

Tuition for the Cosmetic Surgery Therapy Certification Course is $3,500. Early registration reduces tuition by $300 to $3,200. Full payment is required at the time of registration. Tuition amount is payable in U.S. currency only.

$250 of the deposit is non-refundable. The full deposit amount will become non-refundable two (2) weeks prior to the first day of live class. The full tuition will become non-refundable after the live class has begun. Refunds are processed in the order they are requested and are issued 4-6 weeks from the date of request.

100% attendance is expected of each student and is required for a certificate of completion to be issued.

In order to receive a certification of completion, the student must pass the written and practical exams as required by the instructor.

Students agree that the purpose of the training is to become proficient in the specific techniques taught during this course. Any deviation from the course content is not sanctioned by the Norton School. Although students are free to distribute information concerning Post-Operative therapy for cosmetic surgery patients, students shall not under any circumstances train or certify any other person in these techniques unless granted instructor status by the Norton School.

Registered students are eligible to transfer to another Cosmetic Surgery Therapy Certification Course once within 12 months of the original registration date free of charge. Subsequent transfers will incur a $200 transfer fee. The fee will accrue against the student's credit balance. The student may only transfer if the credit balance is sufficient to cover the transfer fee. Once the student commences taking a Cosmetic Surgery Therapy Certification Course, all accrued transfer fees will be waived. In the event that the student does not transfer to another course and does not commence a Cosmetic Surgery Therapy Certification Course within a continuous 12-month period, the accrued transfer fees will be deducted from the student's credit balance and the remaining credit balance will be refunded in accordance with the refund policy.

Withdrawal from the program may result in a loss of tuition payments. If the student cannot complete the course in its entirety due to personal emergency or medical reasons, a 12-month grace period will be granted from the original date of the live course. During this grace period the student may contact the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy to arrange a return date for a scheduled course to reserve a seat. At the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy's discretion, the student's participation in the course may be abbreviated to include only days missed rather than the entire course. If coursework is not satisfactorily completed during the grace period all tuition payments will be forfeited.

Any student may be dismissed from the program for insufficient progress, non-payment of tuition, non-attendance, or unprofessional/unethical conduct. Reinstatement following dismissal is at the discretion of the instructor and/or the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy.

If the course is cancelled because of insufficient registration, tuition payments can be refunded or transferred to another class as elected by the registrant. If the course is cancelled for any other reason, a new course will be scheduled and tuition payments will be transferred. In the event the instructor becomes ill, the class will be rescheduled.
